He began his career with a Hyderabad based software company, establishing a sales & service network for them in South India. Entrepreneur bug stuck him in 1991, when he joined K C Sanjeev to begin a journey to provide solutions to Indian printing , publishing and book manufacturing industry. 'Welbound' is synonymous with book binding solutions in India. Sajith is also the editor of a 'Welbound Times', a well read technical journal on book binding. He is settled in Mumbai, married to Binitha and has two daughters Sruti and Shreya
